Regular breathing is all about inhaling and exhaling deeply and slowly through your nose (not your month). Both inhales and exhales must be symmetrical. Do not breathe too forcefully, too slowly or too cautiously. Simply relax your breathing pathway and do it naturally.
| Hold position. Reverse the steps back to the first pose. Don't stay up for too long. Make sure you have enough strength to move back down. Repeat the other side before lying on your back until your heart rate returns to normal. Finding your center is the most difficult part of this pose. Be patient and start slow. Work up towards your goal gradually to prevent injury. "It's better to fail trying than not trying at all." I haven't done this pose for awhile. When preparing for this article, I struggled with it at first and ended up laughing on the floor. I had to prepare myself and practice again for ten days before success (as you can see in the photos above.) Practice makes perfect. Yoga has also taught me that we need to practice regularly to maintain your skill level otherwise you will eventually regress. Is it necessary to attempt advanced yoga? I'll reveal the answer next time. Children may attempt but must be able to do the first step steadily first. Practice just the first step for thirty days by holding position while singing a verse of a song before moving on to the last two steps. That's thirty songs in thirty days. You and your children will have a good time practicing. Enjoy learning this new pose and find your inner peace and center while practicing the advanced yoga. อ่านภาษาไทย |
